Fitness Registration

I would love to work with you through my online fitness option. My charge is $180 a month with a 6 month agreement. I provide monthly body compositions, meal plans, and workouts along with urine assessments to monitor any infections and other areas that would prevent the body from effectively achieving our goal. You would simply submit checking every 4 weeks by coming to the clinic for assessment so that we reach your goal. I look forward to working with you!
